and businesses and legal entities located in Berkeley, Jefferson or Morgan Counties of WV.

Joining is easy!

If you are an individual eligible for membership and would like to join, you must come into our office and provide a government issued picture ID. If you are not a resident of the Eastern Panhandle, as verified by your ID, you must also bring some form of verification of other membership eligibility, for example, a pay stub showing you are employed in the Eastern Panhandle, or a school/college ID showing you are currently attending school in the Eastern Panhandle, or verification of church membership within the Eastern Panhandle, etc. If you have any questions about your ID or eligibility verification, or if you would like to open a business account, please call us.

To become a member, you must pay a one time $1.00 Membership Fee, and open a Membership Share Savings Account. A minimum of $5.00, one share, must be deposited into this account, and this balance must be maintained at all times to continue membership.  Once you have done this, you may then apply for any other services we offer, including a Share Draft Checking Account, an ATM or Visa Check card, a loan, etc.
